My neighbors have the swine flu

I am always at my neighbor's house helping them with their kids and now I find out that they have the swine flu! The kids got it at school. I'm totally freaked out about getting it. I'm staying clear from there for a while! I heard that it is only contagious while they have a fever if you are around them and I don't think I was but I'm still really worried! I hear that it is just like a regular flu and not the end of the world but it is just a pain to be sick in the first place!

I have been hearing of a lot of people I know - at least 5 - with swine flu in Ventura county - but is that really more than normal for a normal flu season...
