Best Places to Shop for Kids Clothing in the 805?

I do a lot of shopping at Target and Old Navy. Wondering if there are some great places I am missing for deals on cute kids clothing. Suggestions?

I also like Blooms in Ventura and Children's Orchard in T.O. Consignment Stores. The Gap outlet in Camarillo has good prices. For babies, Carter's in the outlets.

Yes Childrens Orchard is a great consignment store and there are 3 nearby - Thousand Oaks, SImi Valley and Valencia. I also think Children's Place in Simi Valley Town Center (and at Camarillo outlets) always has cute clothes and great deals!!!
